These cards allow you and your client to do a value sort. A value sort allows your client to determine what is important to them. This allows your client to respond to both conflict and opportunity with more confidence. A value sort can even help your client determine if perhaps s/he is struggling because two high values are in conflict. Each card set comes with 63 glossy value cards, header cards (i.e. “most important,” “medium importance,” etc.) and an instruction sheet.
